The entire range of Rain Recording digital audio/video workstations for the PC platform—all of which now include the new Intel Core 2 Duo architecture—is now available in Europe from Rain Recording’s new London-based production center. Rain Recording works closely with leading software and hardware manufacturers to develop its systems.
Rain Recording was recently brought in to make sure that the computers for the Cirque Du Soleil production, The Beatles Love show in Las Vegas, Nev., run smoothly. “At the heart of the audio system are two Rain Recording Element 64 custom-built PCs with a Tascam GigaStudio,” says music playback engineer Gavin Whiteley. “We selected Rain because it’s the best, most complete system for this application.”
