A recent article from the Sun-Sentinel in South Florida highlights the upcoming Epcot Food & Wine Festival at Epcot, which runs from September 29th through November 12th; however, something within that article has caught our eye — Cirque du Soleil is performing at Epcot? An exerpt below:
Splurge on a memorable meal: Several special pairings, lunches and dinners are offered, including the weekly Party for the Senses — Eat, Drink & Celebrate. The Party for the Senses begins with reserved seating at an “Eat to the Beat!” concert at the America Gardens Theatre in the World Showcase (see #9 below). Following the show, guests go to the World ShowPlace — done in an imaginative, visually-stimulating décor — for an evening showcasing the artistry of more than 25 chefs and 70 wines and beers. Guests select dishes at various tasting stations and enjoy eye-popping entertainment from Cirque du Soleil. Featured from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturdays, cost is $125 plus tax and gratuity; park admission is required.
