As part of a new 10-year agreement to outsource its information technology needs, Montreal-based Cirque du Soleil says it will eliminate 84 jobs in Orlando, Montreal and Las Vegas. The company employs about 3,000 people.
A spokeswoman for Cirque du Soleil says that only one position in Orlando will be affected by the layoff, where Cirque employs about 200 people.
